Expert RoR developer/Team required - Urgent

Here is a list of the software improvements I am looking for: 1) Need to be able to have multiple "Cash Flow/Pooling Method" tabs that link to separate "Information Required" and "Expense Schedule" tabs 2) Need to be able to change inflation rates per each Reserve component in the "Expense Schedule" tab 3) Also need to be able to change inflation rate i.e. to zero in "Cash Flow/Pooling Method" tab 4) Want to be able to categorize Reserve components on both "Expense Schedule" and "Component Funding" tabs i.e. Building Services Components Clubhouse Components Exterior Building Components Interior Building Components Pool Components Property Site Components Garage Components These categories will reflect the pie chart data when used. See attached Appendix A for example and pie chart and line chart 5) Want to be able to phase Reserve components in "Expense Schedule" i.e. using a percentage of the total quantity in back to back years 6) Is it possible to be able to click on a year in the "Expense Schedule" tab to create an expense? 7) The Expense Schedule tab should run out 30 years for printing purposes and 75 years for viewing 8) Print views should look something like the attached Appendices 9) Can you make a line graph similar to the attached pie chart and line graph? 10) Can a user log in with the same email and have different accounts with different passwords for example 11) Can users be assigned temporary access with auto cancel? There is a Subscriptions tab in the admin console and plans tab 12) Need to be able to update the year in Component Method 13) Possible other minor changes Please read carefully.
