Coldfusion Fixes to a Commission system

Hi - I need some work done on a coldfusion system that has not been completed by the last two freelancers. The work has been relatively simple, but the developers have been unresponsive/incapable. The functions I need to complete are: 1) the ability to reverse a paycheck. Currently, I can generate a paycheck which assigns line items in a commission statement to a paycheck ID and closes those line items. The logic is intermediate, the execution is simple. Its a couple of insert/update queries. I need to be able to reverse this if someone accidentally creates a bad paycheck. This function will allow the user to "release" those commission line items back into the pool of available line items. Its 40 minutes of work tops for someone with any substantial ColdFusion Experience. 2) I need the ability to close a commission statement. SO the way this works is that currently commission statements are uploaded into the system and based on the assignments of employees to the accounts in the statements, it generates a paycheck. I need to be able to ignore commission statements. Those are two examples, but your bid needs to take into consideration the equivalent of 4 more. I could have my team do this project in about 4 hours, but I need to find additional talented coldfusion developers to work with on an ongoing basis. Thanks for your bid.
