Ad Posting through Craigslist and Backpage

I am looking for an ad campaign through Craigslist and Backpage only to the U.S.. Our company is not available outside the U.S. I am also looking to market on Social Sites depending on the campaign and cost per clicks needed. I will create the landing pages and videos as needed to market (but will take any suggestions on better conversions). The end result is lead generation and auto opt ins if the ads are properly done.
