Academic Writing - IP PBX Technology

I am looking for a native English speaker to write a research paper on IP (specifically VoIP) PBX technology first as 2 separate entities then the how the technologies work in tandem. If you are worried about the ethical implications about what you are writing and if I will be using it to better my grade in some telecommunications course, don't worry. The final result of your project will be used to create a very informative website on the subject. I am looking for a paper that is very well organized and easily lends itself to website creation. Think of each section you write to be pages in a site & offshoots of those pages will be sub pages. For example: 1. Introduction to the technologies (what they are) + the abstract & outline of project 2. hardware & software evolutions 3. features & uses 4. uses in call center or business applications 5. the future 6. etc. Please don't base your project on the blueprint above, it's just an idea. I need information that will trump the wikipedia page on the subject (it's not great at all) and eventually be a great resource for anyone looking for this subject on the internet.
