If It is Linux environment - I can do script which could automate entire process and produce a CSV file in required format (I might do CSV file) (3000 images + Text Cleansing) should not take more then 10 minutes. And this script is of course reusable. You could schedule report to be emailed as need be. (cron/mail)

I am working with linux script for 2 years. And i'm certificated web designer and programmer for 5 years.

I could write a Perl script that would read the list of images and extract the description of each file, based on its file name. The script would store the results into a CSV file, which I can import into Excel and save as an XLS file. If you need help with uploading the files or else web scraping, then I can also assist with that task.

Can be done with cURL over a Cygwin shell to make use of the *NIX built-in commands. The output will be a delimited CSV file, which can be imported easily into Excel. If you need the output to be a real Excel file, a Python library can be utilized to do so, but this might require extra time to have the script converted into an EXEcutable file.
