Amazon Marketplace MWS C# Desktop Class

I need a C# class built with the following options

using .net framework 4 for Desktop

There are sample code in C# already to do this:

upload product to market place to be used in this fashion

Amazon amz = new Amazon("username", "apicredentials", "secretcode", "anything else required to login")

needs to have a retrieve Current Open Listings and add it to a listview

[url removed, login to view](ref listview1);

needs to have an editlisting

[url removed, login to view]("ASINCODE", "Price", "Condition", "Condition Note", "Weight", "anything else needed)

and finally an end listing

[url removed, login to view]("ID");

I need this done by May 23 2011 Monday
