Create WordPress Installscript

We need to have a WordPress install script created that should: -Install with one running multiple installations of WordPress in subdirectories under a domain, named and with username/password/mailpassword from a list -Name each installation according to the list ([login to view URL]) -Create subdomain pointed at the same-named subdirectory ([login to view URL]) -Create tagline according to list [Options|General & in Fantastico install script] -Include/replace custom template -Install and turn on custom theme [Presentation|Themes] -Install and activate SH-Autolink plugin, populate from custom list -Delete all links in Blogroll (or remove from install script), populate from custom list [Links|Manage Links] -Turn ON " Users must be registered and logged in to comment " [Options|General] -Remove default entry from "Update Services" [Options|Writing] -Turn OFF "Attempt to notify any Weblogs linked to from the article (slows down posting.) " [Options|Discussion] -Turn OFF "Allow link notifications from other Weblogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.) " [Options|Discussion] -Turn OFF "Allow people to post comments on the article " [Options|Discussion]
