Amazon integration from ebay or zen cart-repost

I currently have 3 stores that are mirrored both in zen cart and ebay (listing description is idenitcal). I would like a custom application that allows me to import my listing either from ebay to amazon or zen cart to amazon. This should take into consideration the custom fields such as UPC codes that are not currently present in Ebay or Zen Cart but required for Amazon.
This import software should be user friendly with minimal time required to up date all listings.
The goal is to have ebay, zen cart stores and amazon store products all linked together so that when adding a new listing I only need to add one listing. Currently my Zen cart has this feature to import from Ebay Listings so this is how I manage these two platforms. I now need to add to Amazon store.
