ASC x12 EDI 837 Medicaid Claims help.

I need some guidance on how to create an EDI 837 Mediciad file. I have a copy from on old system that died ( will provide to winning bidder) I need to integrate into our system which is vb6 and sql 2008. the first bid is to just explain the file I will upload and what fields contain wat information.
