Add controls to custom control for vscrolling -- 2

I have a ready software and I want to make a change: I need scroll bars to appear in my custom control (timeline) when I add more items into it. Note: those items are not a controls and needs to change to be a control. Currently the items are painted into the control which is not a good approach, so when you try to have a scroll bar it is not working because those items are not objects at the moment. I have attached the .cs files to have a look. I didn't upload the whole project. Start to look from [login to view URL] class and any other used class you can find it in the folders. I am not willing to pay much for this as it should not take more than 1h for someone knows what to do. Please start your bid with the TIMELINE to be accepted bid.
