Create a plugin for Archbuddy - Using their API

I require a plugin created for Archebuddy the botting program for Archeage the MMORPG. You can see their API here. [login to view URL] I am looking for a plugin that will scan the game for housing plots that are about to expire and list it out. I also require the plugin to Auto place a land in that spot. Attached is a screenshot of someone else's plugin.
