C++ Classes for Encryption & Decryption

I am looking for someone to write me 2 Classes in C++ , the classes will be used in a larger program, the idea is to encrypt a string.
Class 1 = encrypt , i want to use this in the following manner
Encrypt("data-To-Encrypt) .. the method should return the encrypted data as a string
Class 2 - Decrypt - this method will have the following usage
Decrypt("Data-To-Decrypt") - this methid should return the decrypted data as a string.
each method should use a key to encrypt and decrpyt the data, the key can be included in the method such as encrypt(string data, string key).
these methods should be written so they can be used easily in both Windows and Linux Programs.
