Chrome App - Using Google Drive

Chrome App - Google Docs on Google Drive already provides a mechanism to share a folder of documents with a group of people that have Google Id's. See attached Freelancer_image1. A Primary user will share documents with a pool of clients that have Gmail ID’s. Clients will see a list of shared documents from a specified primary userid in a list format retrieved directly from Google Drive with columns 'Title, Owner, Last modified, Read, Date Read?'. Only the last 2 columns are new, ‘Read’ is selected by the client either 'Yes or No'. The user can select a drop menu option of Yes or No. When the user changes the ‘Read’ from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’ the ‘Date Read’ field will update to the current date. When a new document is added, the initial state of the ‘Read’ is No and the initial state of the the ‘Date Read’ is 01/01/2010. See attached Freelancer_image2 The app can also perform a query from the Primary user to show all of the clients and their status of ‘Yes/No’ and the date read on one document at a time. The results of this query can be saved. There is a charge for the primary userid for this App ONLY, clients can look at the documents for free, but the only one that pays is the primary account user.
