Bids higher than the max are considered non-responsive. This MUST be written in Java. You MUST be a Java programmer. If you are going to offer to do this in MatLab...or C, or C++, please do not bother to bid. We supply a dicom image sequence and you write a java decoder that displays it. The output must be a [login to view URL] for example: Image img = getDicomImage(fileInstanceThatPointsToImage); I need to see that you have done prior jobs, in Java, and finished them with good ratings. This is a MILESTONE based project. Do not expect full payment in advance. Please see the attached source code. It does not work (for some reason, it comes out black). If you can fix this code, that would be great. The image decodes in imageJ, but I would like to avoid the imagej framework. The dicom image of interest is IM000001 (attached). Bids higher than the max are considered non-responsive.

I've been testing this for a while now to see if i was able to do it and I did it, at least for the image that you post it. I have reworked the ImageJ source code to make a package in wich i have a ImageReader that will do what you want. I need to tweak it a bit for make it work with all data formats of the DICOM specification, but the main part it's done. Please PM for more details. Regards.
