Clean up a rails website

I have built a website that is in production at the moment. The site sells videos to users and streams them from amazon.
Using a number of gems at the moment: haml, devise, omniauth, cancan, videojs
I was learning rails as I built this site and I'd like someone who is much more knowledgable about rails to come in and clean up my code, organize layout and partial code, and make it faster in general. I also need them to clean up permissions as well. I'd like them to organize secrets as well.
If you do a good job cleaning up the codebase, I'm looking to hire someone to continue to make updates to the site as well. I will provide the design and I'd like them to update the database, codebase, etc.
