A Popular Global News Tweet Hub

Need a very good monetization website idea based on my domain:tweeting.com. Have no idea what I want this site to be like but would like input from anyone who has a great idea.

My feeling is that I want this website to have an enduring presence, not just a fly-by-night affiliate twitter related program. My initial idea was to have a live news feed site based on the micro-blogging phenomenon. Other thoughts: sell a product, blog type site, micro-blogging software, twitter software, a service, or any type of new idea someone has out there.

Tweeting is becoming a popular internet term these days, and I would like to capitalize on this. However, I do not want any trademark problems with twitter so the site must be seperate (even though as of now Twitter could not get Tweet trademarked).

I am also looking for someone who would possibly help with marketing and monetization.

Please submit any ideas you might have and I'll contact interested parties for a follow up initiation plan.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
