Browser automation bot

I need a custom software/bot that can login to a website and perform some tasks. DETAILS it must have a database that can be edited ( a text file is ok ) to store usernames, passwords, proxies, etc. it must have another database, as above, to store links for tasks. it must emulate a real browser and real clicks, no http requests. task #1 clear cookies, cache and flash cookies for browser it uses select first account combo try to login and store errors if unsuccessful ( poxy fail, password fail, other ) if login fail mark that account combo and don't use before owner takes manual action to fix the problem if login ok navigate to first link in url database page will have iframed content so no DOM access possible perform a click which have 2 possible outcomes if outcome #1 peform another click which will open a popup perform a click in the popup outcome #1 becomes outcome #2 when outcome #2 then assign link to account in accounts database do above steps for next link after all links parsed for account restart task untill all accounts parse all links or manual stop notes for task #1 if outcome #1 ocurres 10 times one after another for 10 accounts on the same link, then mark link to be skipped for folowing accounts. this must be only if outcome #1 occurs without going through outcome #2. the mark needs to have the possibility to be lifted by hand ( fail safe ). between account changes browser must keep active login cookies. these are erased at the begining of task #1 task #2 same clear/login sequence navigate to links assigned to the account ( from outcome #2 in task #1 ) if account has no links assigned, restart task ( new account added to db ) perform a click remove link from assigned restart loop untill no account has no lonks asigned FINAL NOTES this is the basic tasks. the main site for the login and a sample link will be provided. I will also provide a more detalied steps to the winner. please ask any questions in the bid. this bot is for personal use and I don't need a fancy GUI but it must be functional. I don't ned a certain language but I also need the source and the compiled version. it must run under win xp and win 7 it must be runned minimized also and not interfeer with normal pc activities. when maximized the user must not be able to interfeer with the task but only to stop the bot.
