Are you looking for Web or Windows application ?. 20 K records in 1 PDF in web will cause some performance issues but achievable. We can merge the same but not sure on the performance issues that might occur in Web interface due to this. Is it internet or intranet application, if it is web ?

Respected Sir/Madam, I have been developing applications(web/desktop and mobile) for more than 15 years. I have gone through your description. I can code the script to read the blob data from the table and export all the blob data, based on search parameters, to single pdf file. I have done such scripts is .Net C# and php. I would like to know about the blob data to know the format of the data and table structure of table that contain this data. I can upload the completed the code in about 2 days. Hi! What does it mean "PDF blob data"? For now I consider this just like ordered set of pdf files. If it's so then I can build small tool compiling them into single pdf file. If it's not so then any way these pdf files could be transformed into ordered set of pdf files. Looks like the task is solvable. Thank you!
