I've worked with AWS for 5 years and Ive done websites for 14. I can setup and install/ configure anything. For the high traffic, here are tricks to that but I've done solutions for Bank of America, Orbitz, and CBS so I can handle Big Data.

I manage over 300 servers with different purposes: web servers, sql servers, voip servers, filesharing servers, email servers and so on.
