Configure & modify some existing ASPX & scripts for IIS SQL database connection and query

Hi I have some aspx and ashx scripts that serve between my windows program and a mySQL database.
my program POST (or GET) to the aspx/ashx files with desired parameters and the server scripts will read/write from/to the SQL DB. They were working well.
Now the old Windows IIS server closed down and I need someone to help and guide me to set up the scripts on another server plus may be a backup server, in the process there could be some modification to the scripts as to changing some SQL statements or handle error or timeout or replied to POST and GET actions etc.
The freelancer should have access to his own server for testing out the scripts, when all are tested ok then he can help guide me to configure them on another servers.
The SQL DB is on public server and a demo DB has been set up for testing.
