Hello I propose sqlite database engine if it would be small database. Sqlite is one dll library file, no need to install big database engine If it would be bigger database, then we can use MySQL or MS SQL Express, both are free to use As for antypiracy solution, we can use activation code sent by email. But i wonder, do You really need it if application will be free to use? Its only unnecessary impediment for end user

hi , i can do this work for 200 $ , i will trans the whole program to be ported on SQLite i will create the reports using Microsoft Report Documents BUT , i do not figure out how i will protect the application , My Main choices till now ActiveLock (old) and portable-licensing , but if i been awarded this project 1 - i will do the protection after finishing the converting , 2 - it may takes some time.
