Debug an existing system

We have a vehicle fleet management system based on KnackHQ, Python scripts and other file transfer protocols. We are having some reliability issues and I need to get them resolved and put some long term solutions in place to let me know when systems stop working. I need someone who is super responsive when I need to get in touch, has good English and can start work straight away. If we get a good relationship going there will be ongoing support work in the future.
