Mgtek miniide dragon board hsc 12

I need you to develop assembly code (coding)  for me. I would like this coding to be developed for miniide mgtek . Here is the description of my project .Parking system (auto gate) Design an autogate for parking system by using a 68HCS12 microcontroller to enter/or exit the parking. The student may use a keypad number as input with LCD and LED as the output. The timer function must be included in this system. The system can be designed as following example: Enter : Press ‘1’ to take card and then LED1 light is on ( to indicate the gate is open ) followed by displaying the “ Welcome” message. Exit : Press ‘2’ to insert card and then LED2 light is on ( to indicate the gate is open ) followed by displaying the “ Thank you” message.
