We are looking to change the functionality of the Street1, street2, city, state, country, zip, etc fields in the partner model. We are using OdooV9 Enterprise
Goal: To have every partner address in our system route able by google maps. We have a delivery system that exports addresses and routes our drivers to the correct address. So we must ensure that every address entered in our system, whether by staff or by customers is correct and able to be found on google maps.
So we want a module that changes the way addresses are inputted into Odoo. We want to keep the street1 etc fields, but have actual customers/staff enter addresses in such a way that google maps is queried for the corrected address, and each field is populated automatically and is not directly editable except by Administrator user. For an example, see the signup page for an account on boc.com.au.
Requirements:
• All addresses either entered via staff to regular contact, invoice address, contact or shipping address, or by customer on webportal / ecommerce ) must resolve to correct address via google maps.
• Right now - customer and user enter street1, street2, city, state etc. We want gmap search bar instead, but these variables are used by other modules so they would be automatically filled.
• Still need one field for extra info like "lot" or "apartment #" etc. This does not need to be queried by gmaps.

• Addresses incorrectly entered must prevent user / staff from moving forward
• Current addresses in partner fields (both partner / contact / shipping address / invoice address) may be entered incorrectly. A report will have to be done to list these customers and the addresses.
• Additional tab added to partner view - location on google maps
All work needs to be thoroughly tested, and compatible with our current modules (we will provide debug info).
