Write some Software

I need a simple software than can do the following: 1- be able to read a set of images from a library and compare the pattern of each of the four sides for each piece with the negative pattern of the four sides of each of the rest of the library 2- produce matching probability 3- all shapes are about the same size and can fit into a square of the same size 4- all shapes has ends of different shapes like jigsaw puzzle 5- option to be GUI or other but I should be able to run the product to get my results even if VB or a macro I don't care as long as it gets the job done
