I need a utility that can be easily run on a Windows desktop by a user with little-to-medium experience. The utility will accept a .wav file of a recording of a Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) signal and must give the option either of the following options:
1) The DMR signal represented by binary.
2) Only the DMR voice frames represented by binary.
For the above, a .txt output is acceptable.
A primer which explains the DMR protocol is included, as well as an example of a .wav file that may be used as input.
