I want to create a Software that I can sell to my business customers who own leisure centres or facilities they wish to hire out to their customers

The software must be able to;
- Be used for every day use for my clients staff members (e.g. Receptionist)
- Allow my clients to make bookings for their customers
- Allow their customers to make bookings online
- Take payments online
- Show Calendar of all bookings taken in hourly slots
- Allow multiple bookings at once
- Automatically send email when booking made to confirm booking made
- Be used on Multi platform eg iOS app, Android app, Windows, Mac
One situation is if my Client doesn't have a website for there customers to go to book and if their customers don't use the app then what can we do?
I was thinking have an idea for this situation; perhaps you can make a website for my company and if one client doesn't have a website they can use my website to open an account so there customers can go on my website to make the booking.

- I'd like my company to have control of all other clients accounts, because we want to be able to help them if they are stuck with something and be able to go in the software from our office and help them with any issues.
For example if the business call my office and say "we have a problem we cannot book at 4pm-5pm, can you help us?"
I want my team to be able to assist my clients from our office.. Can this be done? Maybe a software tool made for my company.
- Also every booking made we (my company) want to take £2.50 from each booking.
For example; one pitch booking is on average £40. So each booking we want £2.50 automatically be able to come to us (the company) and £37.50 to the business.
Can you do this?
- The software must be able to have an option to "add facility"
So they can add whatever type of facility whether it's a football pitch, a hall, a tennis court or whatever is required
- Also software must be able to allow to select duration time per booking
All leisure centres vary per session booked so duration should be able an option. Most centres book per hour.
- Software needs to work one way the businesses to use for example the owners of the leisure centres, and it also needs to restricted to the customers, they should be only able to select a time of booking and able to select for example "pitch 1" or "pitch 2" or "pitch 3".
And they can pay via the app or online
So software must be able to be used back end for the businesses for examine maybe with a username and password to access their business calender and bookings and software, and then for the customers they can go on the app or online to see what days or times are available for booking
Lastly it's difficult to explain but I will try explain using a football pitch as an example.
For example imagine there is a big football pitch. So in England some leisure centre centres book the whole pitch (11 v 11 players) but mostly they divide the pitch in 3 so they can play 3 games simultaneously with net curtains to divide the 3 games apart and so they can play 3 games of 5 v 5 players. So for example I need the software to be able to give the customer option to either book 5 aside pitch or 11 aside pitch but if they book 11 aside pitch then the software must automatically block out the other pitches for that hour to stop double or cross bookings.. Does this make sense?
So to summarise;
I will need the software to be made for Windows/Mac and an app compatible with iOS and Android, and also build my website to promote my business and also incase for when the companis don't have a website of there own they can create one off from mine as explained above.
Can you do it all?
