I have Cisco Routers at our Main Office and two satellite offices. We have VOIP phones at the Satellite offices that are cutting out occassionally due to spikes in network latency on the 5MB/5MB connection. We would like to hire someone to configure the QoS policies on the routers to give the VOIP traffic the highest priority. Message me if you think this will require more time than the stated budget allows. We are looking to hire the best candidate, not the lowest bidder. Thanks, David
