We are a small web hosting company that is expanding. We need for someone who can help answer our support emails that we receive. 90% of the questions we receive from our clients are very basic, asking for general support info like how to setup their domain name, name servers, ftp…etc. Average time to write an email response is under 3 minutes. One day you may get 2 emails and another you may get 30, it all depends, and we are expanding so we expect business to pickup.
Qualifications….
1) MUST have experience using cPanel / Web Host Manager
2) MUST have experience with servers.
3) MUST have a reasonable response time.

When you make you bid please post your cost per email, how many hours a day are you available, and what your average response time to an email would be. If you don’t post these 3 items your bid will be ignored.
I have ample experience as a system administrator and I could do this easily enough.
I will charge 5 $ a mail and I am available for about 10 hours a day. My timings are from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm (+ 5.30 UTC)
My typical response time for the email is about an hour within this window.

First of all I'm located in INDIA and at GMT +530
I can take the mail from 11AM IST to 8 PM IST and the repsonce time for typical email would be around 10 minutes max and during lunch a break of 30 minutes.
we can have a 24 hours service but that would mean more expenses.
I have expereince with Cpanel as I operate them for my own company. I also eexperience woith plesk and am an experience service admin.

I am here with a team and am ready around the clock 24/7. We have experience in cpanel, whm, linux and windows servers. Though we will do it for $10 an hour, but can't say that since they won't let us go under 20.
Hi I have set up several web hosting sites and companies and co-ordinate support for all of them. I charge 80c per email. I am available 7 days a week and am able to have a member of my team reply within 12 minutes of receiving an email for every 100 emails. Meaning that if there is only 3 emails, then a response to all will be made within 5 minutes. We are available 24 hours every day, including sunday.

I was affraid you may ignore the bid so including, we will charge 50 cent per email, we can respond with 10 minute of receipt of email on our server, and we can provide 24 hours (round the clock) service depending upon quality & return on Investment.
I'll take $40 per e-mail and respond instantly (within the working day) and I am available for 16 hours a day. My average response time per e-mail would me at most 6 hours in worst case.
