A telecommunication company looking to improve our market share of the Australian Telco space via customer acquisition. We are seeking sales telemarketing companies that will be paid on a generous commission arrangement with increasing commissions per conversion based as well as additional milestone payments for success. The payment structure is geared to allow regular commissions each month to be paid for new conversions as detailed below as well as attractive milestone payments for performance.
We operate a fully automated service with online action of acceptance and voice sign-up for all services. Secure payment input by the customer or the agent (which ever is preferred). Our proprietary platform handles all requirement including a fully integrated “Auto-Dialer”.

Potential clients would be offered (what you need to sell the client on) :-

• The lowest cost service currently available
• A flat fee service that includes all call costs locally, nationally and to mobile telephony
• Additional services such as Internet across all mediums ADSL, ADSL2+, 3G and Satellite.

Clients would pay an ongoing monthly fee to retain their service and this will be billed in 1 simple account.
The rewards for successful sales companies are limitless and depend solely on the number of conversions per day and client base. We are structuring a payment scheme that could allow the right sales company to create an strong and long term business out of this opportunity, expanding as conversions per day increase. The clients that can be signed up to this scheme can be from anywhere in Australia and applies to any business or consumer regardless of their current arrangements. Our suggestion is to focus on consumers and small businesses initially which is where we see the best opportunities, however we would like the successful partnering sales companies to be proactive in the marketing approach and identifying target sectors and refining sales scripts based on feedback from calls.
The sales company would get commission on the initial sale and the ability to receive milestone payments for volumes that are pre-defined by both us and the sales company. (paying each month).
Our initial thoughts on the payment structure is:
The sales company would receive an increasing payment per sale of:
Total sales per day Commission / sale
10 $4 ……… the first 10 sales
15 $6 ……… Once you pass 10 sales we will pay this commission on every sale for the day
20 $8 ……… Once you pass 15 sales we will pay this commission on every sale for the day
>20 $10 ……. Once you pass 200 sales we will pay this commission on every sale for the day

All payments above are in USD.

We will provide the relevant Call list and provide these number already passed through the “DNCR” (Australian Do Not Call Register) we have several million phone numbers to work with and these are in many cases complete customer details attached.

We are prepared to offer the use of our “Dialer” or interface direct to your systems should be an option.

We are seeking formal responses from any experienced sales telemarketing companies, including an overview of their proposed approach and estimated number of personnel working on this opportunity.
