Our agents are Filipinos with above average English speaking skills having the experience to call Australian market and having in depth knowledge of Aussie culture. Meanwhile, our clients are mostly US, Uk, Singapore and Australian businesses. We specialize in telemarketing, appointment setting and lead generation. We've had number of Australian telco projects in the past similar to your request, so rest assure we have the experience. We have the latest calling list Australia wide. On cold calling campaigns we are able to run through around 400 – 500 numbers per agent per shift with an actual connect (aka we get to talk to someone, even if they hang up) of around 150 contact.
