As a virtual assistant I have been working with:

I've been interviewing candidates for different job positions for that particular company.
I've directed calls, scheduled appointments and co-ordinated teams.
I've earned organizational and time management skill. I am used to multitasking (having in mind that specific job I had)
I have been volunteering for more than 3 years in a humanitarian organization "Srce" which provides support to people that are in some sort of psychological need.
I provide support via telephone, e-mail and web chat. Through this job, I have learned to deal with all sorts of people and always stay positive and kind. I earned skills like assertive communication and active listening.
I am curious, like to ask and learn, to grow and become better with each opportunity.
Oh, yes, I forgot creativity. I like being creative. In my spare time I dance, sing and draw. I like to be fully developed person- both professionally and personally.
