Convert 250 pagesof PDF images to Microsoft Word

Task requires conversion of approx 250 pages of typed text scanned to PDF as an image to the latest version of Microsoft word. Bodycopy to be Century Gothic regular, Size - 9pt, Leading - 10pt, paragraph spacing - 1.5mm (after), Sub-headings to be Century gothic bold, tint RGB: 124/144/8. Headings in caps and same tint, underline weight - 0.75pt, underline offset - 5pt., Paragraph spacing after heading - 2mm (after). Contents page to be updateable, Set-up to enable Navigation feature. The typed document also contains drawings and these need to be transferred as well as clean images with capability to be re=sized if necessary. The original document appears to be produced on a typewriter in the early 1980's. The 16 files zip down to 180 mgs and this is too big to attach apparently.
