Coding a Gaming Cheat for CS 1.6

I'm looking for someone who is quite knowledgeable in whole coding cheats scene. I'm interested in investing money into someone who can code a cheat personally for me. Needs to be able to bypass esea. I know this is something that is rather hard to do and by my knowledge the only way to do it is a hardware overlay radar hack or a ring0 type cheat that only has an aimbot. It also needs to get updated frequently as the client is constantly updating/changing their anti cheat client. my price margin is somewhere around $500-1500. i would appreciate it if you had the knowledge and skills and time to do something like this for me. if so please get back to me with some info and how you would go about doing it, thanks.
