Respect Copyrights We are starting a Multi-brand store. We would have different brand of products in our store such as watches, jewelry, Grocery, Deos, perfumes, mobiles etc. Now we would need an EXPERINCED Designer who can make the Video and SWF files for a product which we want to display on our Screen. For Example if we want to display watches then we would give you the images of watches which are in our store and then you would need to make a Video (Advertising Video) and SWF using the images which we have provided. All the images would be copyright of their respective Brands. You would not be allowed sell or produce those images as your own work. The Files you give us would be having OUR copyrights and you are not allowed to RESELL or reverse the Engg of the produced files. This project is a Long Term project as we need Adv Videos and SWF after every 4 days. The contract can go upto 1 Year if you’re a professional designer and knows what we are looking for. This would give us the idea of your expertise Regards ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
