Czech and Slovakian Translation

I need a language file that is used for a digital lcd character display translated into Czech and Slovakian . The display is of fixed length so the phrases need to fit into the size. There is also no possibility to use letter with accents so the natural english alphabet will need to be used in such a way that the phrases maybe misspelled but still understood. This is an urgent project and needs to be completed by 13th November. Text file is attached
