Data entry work for Chinese lessons

We are a language education startup and need some virtual assistance with our lessons. There are 150 lessons in total, and each consists of recorded audio and written text (between 200 and 1000 words, all in Mandarin Chinese). For every lesson, we need the following:
1. The audio track follows the written text, and we need precise audio track time points for each written phrase. (For example, 那是很好：01:38-02:15)
2. Choose definitions. For each word in a lesson, a list of definitions will automatically be created; all you need to do is delete the ones that don't fit (or sometimes add one if it isn't there).
3. Double-check pinyin. Each word will have pinyin associated with it; we need someone to double-check to make sure the tones are correct.
