Designers required urgently!

I need to get quite a few websites designed. Previously i posted three different projects here but it's getting a bit hectic to manage. So I am going to put up this one project. You will be our permanent partner for all future projects. Please send me your portfolio and if you can design a mockup based upon following specs (just a very simple mockup, i just need to see the works of everyone and so i can decide). I'll be deciding within the next two days. User login/join (users can either join as free users, or as paid subscribers) 2. Home improvement Categories (this will have articles): > kitchen and bath > heating and energy > surfaces and more > safety > exterior and yard 3. Project of the month (this is going to be a home improvement project for the month) 4. Poll of the week 5. Upcoming projects 6. Ask the expert 7. Best Regards, ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
