I wrote my Masters dissertation in 'French language, and was for two years the Chief Editor of a French language Faculty of Theology Students' bulletin in Montreal, Canada. Further, in addition to my full time work in counselling, preaching, and social work,in in a Francophone West African country for four years, and also taught on a few occasions as visiting Lecturer in Theology at a Catholic Pastoral Institute. I have translated articles from English to French during my four years of study in French Canada for a Chicago-based religious and missionary newsletter.
Further, being a seasoned anglophone, who hails from an English speaking country, where English is the official language, and also, the language of instruction, my grasp of the English language and its grammar is priceless heritage I continue to cherish. In fact, my grasp of French language and its grammatical nuances, vocabulary, and syntax in general, enriched my own grasp of the English language. French grammar helped me to appreciate better some complex grammatical rules in English. Both languages offered me a mutual language heritage that I would not have possessed if I were to master just one of them. So, I am ready and willing to put my skills to work, to resolve promptly your translation issues.
