custom short movie - easy - INDIA freelancers please

I need a short 1 minute movie showing a young (20-30) guy from India walking through a crowded marketplace (the kind where they sell food, fish, vegetables) talking at his cellphone. The guy has to be wearing a shirt, shorts and sandals. The guy should stop in front of a cold drinks shop or something like that and appear to be looking at one of those cold drink (coca cola, water, whatnot) vending machines for about 5 seconds, then continue walking and enter a modest home/office and sit on a chair in front of a computer. The guy has to appear to be talking at the cell phone but we don't need to hear what he's saying. All other background noise, like people, cars, should be there. The guy should have a funny/smiley mimic on his face. Video should have a 800x600 resolution and clean crisp colors. The viewer has to "know" the guy above is from India. Camera movement should be very smooth, we don't want the picture to shake or tremble, so if you're going to shoot this with a regular commodity camera make sure you're not tripping on things while shooting. We will need the videos uploaded to youtube and watermarked at your convenience. Payment via escrow only, when we're happy with the video you will upload everything without watermarks and your funds will be released.
