I don't know how to decribe this very well or what programming language I need, so bear with me. What we need is a program that will alow us to record a depositon in DV and have a transcript made and time-coded automatically, using some kind of voice-to-text or something. I guess everybody in the depo would need to be recorded on a seperate track. We'd then need to be able to highlight sections of the transcript then see that exact section of video, then splice those different sections together. It would need to be simple enough to use that the dumbest lawyer can do it.
