Exp. : 3+ years JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Analyze, review requirements from product specifications. 2. Ensure successful delivery of development tasks assigned within time. 3. Database and Software Design, Development and Testing. 4. Follow design & coding standards. 5. Prepare required documentation. 6. Get inputs from Project leader for any business or technical matters. 7. Communication to both internal and external colleagues. 8. Client Interaction, Understanding & gathering requirements. Meeting with clients for closure case. 9. Resolving queries/issues of client through technical prospect, if required. 10. Software Creation, Work breakdown, problem solving attitude. 11. Hand on experience on coding. Desired Skills: • Strong coding experience from any skills or background. Should have understanding of Software Development Life cycle. • Incumbent will be paid hourly or task basis as per mutual consent. • Incumbent should be Singapore Citizen / PR or should have active EP.

I will be assigning 3 to 4 dedicated developers for your website project, who will be in direct contact with you on skype messenger to chat with them any time during developing hours and discuss any kind of issues regarding the website. Once you award the project, team will start working and will be sending you the homepage mockups to check and comment/feedback and my team will work to have your approval till your 100% satisfaction. After homepage approval, they will be designing all inner pages UI for the project modules. These modules pages UI will again be sent to you for your feedback and approval, once you approve those pages, designing phase will be finished. After designing phase, team will start programming and send you daily updates to your email and upload the work at our test server to check it anytime and see if there everything right or something wrong and will be fixing the wrong issues. This way the website will be developed under your guidelines and directions to make it for your 100% satisfaction. Once we finish the programming phase, we will start testing phase and check the website for any kind of bugs and errors and fix them. At your end you can also test the website and send us the errors list so that we can fix them as well. Most importantly after finishing the website testing, we will provide you 1 YEAR full free support for any kind of bugs and errors and small changes if you want there.
