Database with drop down menues which lookup prices and total

I have already created a table of data and created a form. The task now is when you select the desiried item from the drop down list the text box next to it gets the price for that exact item and so on for the rest of the items shown in the screenshot provided. At the bottom it would then add up the sub total of all sected items. All the data is already in the drop down boxes on the form all it needs to do is grab the price from the selected item from the table. Any questions answered this is a 5 minuite job for someone who knows how to do it. Max budget 20 USD
