Automated Windows Application and OS Details Collection and Comparison

Looking for a Windows based application that will collect extremely specific details on the application and operating system of a given host on a local network. Looking to capture as many details as possible (patch level, configuration, etc.) through WMI, SNMP or other. It will then do the same (collect all the details) for a second host on the same network. The final step will be to compare these details and highlight any differences between them. All data should be stored in a mySQL DB and should recognize changes from previous scans. Applications are: Windows, Exchange, SQL, Dynamics, SharePoint, IIS, Active Directory, FileServer, BlackBerry
