Capture FireWire and Write DVD

Hello, I need some coding (2 parts), I am developing a windows-based system in C#. I need to do the following; when some form button is clicked a simple view&record dialog will appear with start recording, stop recording, cancel, trim (before & after) and capture image options (from FireWire). when recording or image capturing is done, the file will be saved to application folder (as image or video whatever option is selected) within some subfolder, these images and videos will belong to some person stored in a database. then with a form in the software one or more people from the database are selected and when a button is clicked text-based data from the database is combined with the images and videos stored in the application folder to form a DVD chapter. a full DVD movie with n chapters (n is the number of people selected) is generated ready to burn with some application like nero, etc. I need a clean and working code. For serious developers, i am open to any other ideas without sharing the code (may be a simple application that i can use as a process with startup parameters or config file). my budget is low but i am ready to share the work for future updates and credits for a real professional work. please give timing and price carefully. please do not send automatic messages to pm, send pm only if you want to discuss the project. thank you,
