Casual VB script / power shell writer with strong AD skills

I require a casual VB script / power shell writer with strong Active Directory skills for aproximatly 4 hours per week to create scripts as required. I would liek to work on an hourly rate basis with the successful candidate on an ongoing basis. The first project is to; create a vb script that searches a registry key and subkeys as provided in the script; e.g. 1. search and fine everything under [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\] that matches "a nominated word value" and replace each instance of "a nominated word value" with "a different nominated word value" I would think this script should take about an hour or so. This script has nothing relating to AD but many of the other scripts I require do have AD object changes, e.g. Check if a user object has inhereted permissions turned on, if nut turn it on. search an ou devfined in the script and do everything under it including sub aus. Please respond with your hourly rate and your experiance with vb scripting, I would also like you to be able to script in power shell. I look forward to your responce. Peter
