Converting Heavey Duty Online Application to Desktop Software(repost)

Our company has an online application for our customer services. It has been written in PHP with a MySQL database, and we are looking for a coder to recreate this application offline while developing new features. We would like it to be written in VB.NET with a MySQL database. Please be up to date with your knowledge of VB.NET to make use of the latest techniques. ## Deliverables We have created an alternate website and database that will allow you to get accustomed to how clients enter information into our database and how we manage the clients through the online application. Here is a video run through on how we use the software: [login to view URL] One more note, if you find yourself not being able to login to the online application, it is most likely you are trying to log on to our actual live app because of an unedited link. Just make sure to keep your eye on the url. Our website, which is mimicked here, [login to view URL], has a few pages that allow users to fill out info, which is transferred to the MySQL database. We have left out the majority of the content on our website and we left only the pages that are used by clients to contact us. Here is the list: 1) Contact Us tab (top right), directs them to a form with info to fill. 2) Newsletter links on side bar and footer. After user types out their email, we give our clients the opportunity to fill in more info. 3) Asset Recovery tab (second link from the left at the top). On this page they can schedule a pickup or the can request information. Scheduling a pickup is a longer form with more detail about the nature of the pickup. The request information form is similar to the contact us form. One thing to be careful with when clicking through links is that a link might send you to our actual site. We went through it as much as we could to make sure all the pages were within this domain, but we could have missed something.
