Customer database on web site

I have created a web site for my au pair business using ASP.net (coding in VB.net). Now I want customer data to be stored in a database. This is what I need: - Au pairs and families should be able to register their information and I want this to be stored in a database (one table for au pairs, one table for families). Besides basic information they should be able to upload photos as well, and photos should be resized to max 1024 width/height to save storage space on the server. - Au pairs and families to be able to log in to see the information and photos that they entered and be able to change it. - A secret admin login page, where I can see all of the au pairs and families, their details and photos. - When logged in as an admin, I can link families with au pairs, so I can see which families an au pair has been placed with, and which au pairs a family has had, and store information about the placement such as when and for how long and any notes related to that. - A monthly newsletter to be sent out. I want to be automatically reminded on the 1st of each month to send a newsletter and then I want to be able to log into the admin section and send one newsletter to au pairs and a different newsletter to families. - One week after placing an au pair with a family I want to receive an automated reminder to follow up both the au pair and the family by email to see how they are getting on. Also want another similar reminder after 1 month of placing them together. - Ability to send emails to au pairs to let them know about events that my business is organising. - Automated reminder for me 1 month before the au pair is due to leave the family that I need to find a replacement for the family. And at this time the option for me to send a reminder email to the family and au pair. - The most recent 3 au pairs and most recent 3 families registered to be shown on the home page of the web site. - I want the option to send SMS as well as emails. - Coding needs to be done in VB.net and well commented in good English so I can make changes in future.
