Contact Manager Application (VBA Macro) build on Access 2003/2007

Skill set : Access 2003/2007. Forms / User Interface has to be build on Access Database. Please quote the bid, only if you are an expert on developing application in the Access DB / Form (VBA Macro). **Requirement :-** We have a Sales DB which i created as SampleDB. You may need to add an extra column or table if it is required. SampleDB already have 5 Primary Tables. Forms has to be developed on AccessDB which can retrieve the records, Add / Edit - Delete records to the AccessDB. There are few templates provided by Microsoft for free download which will help to develop this project. You have to be an expert on developing forms on AccessDB. VBA Macro expert will be ideal. Requirement will not be changed to any other technology / skillsets.
