Custom Visio Shape: Table/Grid

Need to create a custom vision shape so that we can build a flexible table. The visio file uploaded has all of the details, sizes, format, etc. That we would like for this shape. From a high-level. We would like a shape where the user can edit the text within a cell and the entire table will expand or contract in order to accommodate that edited text. The uploaded document has two solutions. The first one is what we think is possible. The second one is what we would desire, but do not know if it is even possible to do in Visio. Feel free to ask questions for clearifications. Would like to see samples of other visio shapes you have worked on. When bidding, please tell us if you will be doiging the minimum work or if you know how to do the desired more abstract shape we would like. Thanks.
